Minutes for the meeting of Monday February 26, 2007
Council Training Session
- No apologies
- Started at exactly 2.12pm
- We have raised £80 for the Air Ambulance. Jack stayed off the computer games for two weeks. Lu Bartlett got £5 for Air Ambulance.
- Jake Oldfield is our new sub-committee
- Should football be banned? People getting hit by ball; people might get serious injuries
- More regularly get a bin upstairs. For upstairs playground
- More comfortable chairs? No, because we might relax rather than work. Do not use spongy chairs because too far away from our desk
- When football on, it takes up a lot of space. Changing football two days a week. We will have to raise money if we want to rotate it. Toby Firth comments: 'If we are talking about it more it means they want more.' Andreas Dimou answers: 'It will be too complicated. We would have to change the list if we changed it.'
- Vote about what we have said. We should vote if we have football every day, every other day, two days a week, one day a week or ban football. Result: Ban football = 0; Not to ban football: 12
- We decided to keep the rota the same as we already have.
Meeting closed at 2.50pm exactly. |
